Joe Jones is the Director of Hockey Operations for the Suburban Sports Group. Part of his responsibility is as the Director Of Honeybaked Hockey, where he runs the operation of the club and sits on the Board of Directors of the Tier 1 Elite Hockey League. Joe also has extensive involvement in coaching. Last year he was the head coach of the 95 and 97 Suburban Stars and a 12U Girls team, as well as the head coach of the Catholic Central Spring Prep team. Next season he will continue coaching the 97 Stars and 12U Girls, as well as being an assistant on the 19U Honeybaked Girls team. Joe has also spent the past few seasons as a Division Director for the Little Caesars Amateur Hockey League.
